Lance Johnston and Diamonds R Metallic win Reno SBF!

The 2019 Reno Snaffle Bit Futurity Open Reserve Championship went to Diamonds R Metallic and Lance Johnston, of Lindsay, California.

Johnston and the daughter of Equi-Stat Elite $28 Million Sire Metallic Cat marked a 658.5 (221 herd/217.5 rein/220 cow). That also was good for the Intermediate Open title, landing a combined $47,000 paycheck for the trainer and co-owner Gretchen Lemoine.

Diamonds R Metallic is a 2016 mare is out of Shes Ful of Diamonds (by Hes a Peptospoonful). The red roan mare was bred by Gary & Kay Ann Watt, of Porterville, California.
